My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was very comfortable and clean, although a mini fridge would have been handy. The view of the industrial estate floodlights was not the most welcoming, and the camp beds for my son were not the most comfortable. The service from the staff, especially towards children, was really welcoming and helpful, including some nice gestures like goodie bags. The location was convenient, just minutes from the airport with shops nearby, but there were some issues with lights not being fixed promptly. The dining experience was good value for money, with the kids enjoying the pool and pancake machine. However, the prices were on the higher side. Facilities met expectations though. It's sad to hear that the quality of the hotel seems to have declined, making me uncertain about a return visit.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and nicely quiet, had a bizarre incident with being accused of cigarette ash which was absurd during a major event. The location was convenient for those driving off the A1, but not really suitable if you plan on walking to the airport. The service was exceptional and the staff truly went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with overpriced dishes and dried food on hot plates.
